I took a gamble buying this car, but I've been extremely pleased with. Looks quite different to a lot of cars and it turns peoples heads! I haven't seen that many on the roads, but that makes mine stand out more. Performance, reliability, comfort all excellent.
I haven't driven the VTR+ but I did test drive a new VTS, very cool looking car, I think one of the best looking on the road, very comfortable, good driving position if a little high. But its the gagdets that really make this car, from the wicked speedo and rev counter to the darkening mirror when dazzled. The only thing that dissapointed me was the performance, I chose the VTS because I wanted power too, but it did'nt feel anything like 180 bhp. Being a 3 door hatch I thought it would be quik, but it felt flat.
VTS is a rather heavy car getting towards the 1400kg mark its not gonna be blisteringly quick even with a 180bhp. still manages the 0-60 sprint in around 8 seconds though.
The car does feel a lot slower than it is though after driving a small little 1.2 clio I can say the clio felt like I was doing around 100mph when I was doing 60 the C4 I feel like I'm doing 30 at 60.
