1979 Citroen CX 2400 GTi review from Portugal
"The best Citroen ever"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Rotor burnt two times.
Ignition-key contacts failed 3 times.
Inner door panels wear after almost 30 years.
Not a sun-loving upholstery.
General comments?
A very very reliable car, even if not so well-looked for. Do all the engine/transmission oil changes as specified and you'll have a car for your life.
Very 70ties with all the technics of a modern car (electric windows, air cond., electric mirrors, electric sun-roof...). Impressive roadholding, lots of power, some roll though.
Should be moved every week, pay attention to the LHM-age and colour...
