It is easier to start at a lower speed and then say you accelerated faster because you have already picked up momentum by the time you get to 35mph, whereas the initial pick up is hidden because nobody can see exactly when you started to accelerate.

That video doesn't even show the RPM with the Speedo, who knows what gear you are in, let alone the fact that you can't make out where the needle is, and it jumps about along with the sound not matching up, and so the timing is completely messed up.

Cammed? I thought it was just remapped. Do you even read the other peoples posts - could explain why we are this many posts deep despite proving you are making things up i.e. the thread on the Saxo forum, power to weight ratios, loads of other cars top speeds compared the list goes on... all we have as proof from you is a very dodgy video and a lot of belligerence.

That video shows 35mph at about 1.02/1.03 and 60mph at about 1.11/1.12 at 60mph. I thought you were going to show us something impressive? At best it took 8 seconds, and at worst it took 10, so not really the lesson in driving you promised for the other guy who made a similar video...

Regarding your video. Your car is taking about 5.5 - 6 seconds 60 - 80mph. My car takes 8 seconds on my video.

Even though my car has 10bhp more via a remap, not cams.

In my video I start from 25mph not 35mph, I don't know what video you watched, but my VTR clearly was quicker to 80mph, and mine was 100% stock. END OFF!!.

Regardless of the driver, after the initial application of the power, let's say 25 - 35mph if you want. 60mph is way after that, and the pedal will have been to the floor for some time. HOW does a 100bhp Saxo VTR outrun a 110bhp Saxo VTR when they are both just flooring it with no gear changing involved. It DOESN'T make sense. Which is why I said it was interesting. I wouldn't be surprised if you were going down a hill.

My foot didn't reach the floor till about 70mph, that's what you're doing wrong, you're flooring it too soon before building your speed. If you gradually put your foot down with the speed, you get a much better response.

I never said that my stock VTR would be faster flat out in 5th than your 110bhp Saxo, what I said was I got to 80 quicker cause I can drive better. The road I filmed on was a long straight, and I also had my front fogs on, which drain a little bit of power, you had no lights on.

So it just so happens that you and SaxoPowerN1 on the Saxperience site both have 03 Saxo VTR mark 2's and voice VERY similar opinions, and both used to own a 1.1 Saxo and both make the same spelling mistakes? How have you not denied anything if you deny being a member on that site???

What spelling mistakes? You need facts to win and you have no facts, E.G. where are the videos of all those exotic cars you have owned??? YOU CANNOT PROVE ANYTHING!! I proved what a great driver I am by beating a car with 10bhp more and at a lower speed with fogs on.

I proved that a Clio 1.4 diesel will not out accelerate a VTR in 4th gear, which you said a Clio would, even with 4 passengers. You people have said so many things like a Metro is better than a Saxo, Suzuki Swift GTi top speed of 111mph is faster than the Saxo VTR's 120mph cause the VTR's speedo is not accurate LOL. So when I was doing 120mph as shown on the speedo, and my mate next to me on his ZX9, his ZX9 read 120mph too, oh wait the zx9 speedo is not accurate too! Do I have to upload that too??
