Front suspension strut was knocking on the test drive I had, but was fixed under dealer warranty within 2 days.
Very impressed with the car, its my first car and is used so no free insurance. But its only group 5!
Came with 'Westcoast' badges, Yellow balls or door pins, Yellow gearknob and pathetic wheel trims, but within a week changed gearknob, alloys and badges for VTR ones.
Interior is comfy, but not too keen on the blue and yellow interior so swapped the whole interior (front and rear seats and door bits) for a VTR interior so now looks like a VTR.
No boot spolier, but these can be easily fitted. Ideal first car!
Front disks are excellent and has back drums which I've had no problems with.
Swapped the blaupunkt single CD for a pioneer 6900r cassette and cd changer - much better!!
I had to search for 6 months to find a decent one because a lot of saxos have bad problems!!
Why have you put VTR badges on, Do you really think you are fooling anyone into believing that you have a VTR? Why not go all the way and put VTS badges on?
I suppose it must give you a considerable amount of extra power...
That is the most pathetic thing you can do to your car. You should visit the site: www.riceboypage.com. It is dedicated to people like you, enjoy!
Sorry pal... but putting VTR badges on your car is a proper sad thing to do. it's a westcoast not a VTR if you want a vtr buy a VTR with all this extra money you've paid for new seats badges gear knob, wouldn't you have been better just paying extra on insurance?
Well that's my opinion anyway.
