1998 Citroen Xantia LX review from UK and Ireland
"When things start to fail get rid quick!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Front suspension failed at 90,000miles.
Heater/Air Con failed at 94,000 miles.
Drivers electric window failed at 105,000 miles.
Drivers door hinge needed re-welding at 102,000 miles.
Rear suspension started to fail at 100,000 miles.
General comments?
Was initially a reliable, cheap to run VERY spacious (estate) workhorse.
I am 6'3" and never felt cramped.
Tons of room with the rear seats down.
The 1.9 diesel lump never felt underpowered except above 100mph.
Fantastic fuel economy.
