"Great car shame about the service!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The airbag lamp came on the week I drove it out of the garage. It went off by itself after 30 or so miles, but kept on intermittently lighting. Fixed by the dealer - eventually! The brakes need replacing now. I took the car for the 40000 mile service at a cost of 250 pounds!!!My diesel was never that expensive. The dealer managed to shear my sump bolt off and attempt to charge me for it as it was not covered under warranty... my ass! Eventually they relented and fixed the bolt.
General comments?
Citroen have come a long way since I had my first one, but unfortunately the price of greater sales means the dealers have become quite pathetic. I cannot wait for the new law to come in which means I am not tied to a dealer because of warranties. I will never use a Citroen dealer again!
