Gear stick head falls off.
Speedo broken.
Boot doesn't open.
Dash lights don't work.
Door locks don't work.
Difficult to get into 1st.
Makes a grinding noise on right-hand bends.
Loses water.
This car deserves to be driven into the woods and set on fire. It is absolute crap. I have some very nice cars (mainly BMW's) and then this one, which I took as part ex for £100 against an E46 328i since the buyer didn't quite have enough cash. I have tried to sell this car. Even for £50 nobody wants it. Even though it has a years MOT, starts first time and has no rust at all.
It is ugly, slow, rubbish and represents the worst kind of throw-away consumer goods that blight the world today. I mean who went out, looked around at dealers and thought "You know what, I'll have one of those!". What does driving a car like this say about you? "I'm not interested in looks, style, performance, speed, comfort, I'm just using this because its marginally better than getting the bus to the shops".
The only car I have ever had the misfortune to own that I would rank lower than this waste of good metal and plastic is a Citroen BX that I ironically acquired some years ago in similar circumstances. Do not buy one of these, do not EVER buy a Citroen. They are just buttock-shrivellingly terrible cars. Euugh!
It sounds like you've got a bad example. Most ZX cars are perfectly alright.
