1988 Dacia 1310 TX review from Greece
"Best car for the money"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Almost nothing!
General comments?
The Dacia 1310 is the facelifted version of Dacia 1300, which is a copy of Renault 12.
I purchased this car in 2002 for 1000 euros, and it still works great. The interior is spacious and the trunk is huge. Also, they were no problems with the engine.
I've removed the Radio-Cassette Player and I replaced it with a Sony Radio-CD Player.
I have removed the rims and I have replaced them with 15 inch alloy rims, and I've replaced the steering wheel with a MOMO sport steering wheel.
The top speed is almost 145km/h, but it is OK even for long trips, and the seats are comfortable too. The problem is that Dacia was withdrawn from Greece in late 1990's (although it returned back in late 2008) and there are not too many spare parts. Otherwise, it's a great car.
I also have a Dacia Logan 1.4 Ambiance.
