1996 Daewoo Espero CD review from Australia and New Zealand
"Good value for money"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Had two door trims replaced under warranty when two years old.
Drivers front seat starting to deteriorate internally.
Replaced thermostat at 96000km, the only mechanical item I have replaced on the vehicle.
Spare parts are expensive, luckily I have not had any serious repairs.
General comments?
The 2.0 liter engine performs adequately.
Good fuel consumption with city driving and exceptional on country roads as long as it is kept under 130kmh.
Car is comfortable and has good rear space.
Great boot space.
Drivers position a little cramped.
Generally I like my car, when purchased it was very good value for the money.
