This car is Cheap Junk. My second car, Kia Picanto, is much better, but since the Daewoo's poor performance I am starting to lose interest in Korean Cars. My friend had a Daewoo Nubira, and he sold it after 3 months. I also sold my Matiz at 210% less than I had bought it in 2000.I now bought a Skoda Superb and I am very happy with it. Daewoo stopped prodcution in Poland, I guess now that Poland is growing people can afford better cars.
I will also add that the size plus the quality makes it scary to drive even in the city. A big accident would be scary in a Matiz!
How can you sell a car at 210% less a year later. That means you must of paid to get rid of it!
I have been looking at buying a Matiz and some say it's great others say it's nothing, but trouble, so what is solution buy something else.
I have a 1.1 Rover Metro which is not the safest car by todays standards but very reliable and old.
As for losing 210% on price that must be a joke?
I think it would be a mistake to change from a rover metro to a daewoo Matiz as I did this last year and have had nothing, but trouble. My fan belt has fallen off three times and I have had a mountain of problem's with my electrics all in the past six months and now have to change car again with a loss.
