2000 Daewoo Nubira SE review from Belgium
"A tank from the 70's"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The gearbox has been replaced 2 times in less than a year. Furthermore one of the bearings of the right front wheel had to be replaced.
General comments?
The problems I had with the car you would expect after 150.000 km and not already after 10.000 km. But what annoys me most is that for the gearbox replacement it took both times more than 2 weeks to get it fixed, and the gear is fixed under warranty, but my dealer always tries to make me pay outrageous bills for the replacement car.
Furthermore the car really feels like a tank on the road. The acceleration is really poor unless you go to 6000 rpm, but then you will become deaf from the noise. Also unpleasant surprises at the gas station. This car adores fuel.
I now have the feeling that they sold me a tank from the 70's. Zero quality, zero performance and thirsty as hell.
