1993 Daihatsu Feroza EL review from Australia and New Zealand
"A really awesome, reliable little four-by"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
When I first got the Feroza, I snapped the clutch cable.
I have broken the passenger outside door handle.
General comments?
It handles very well and is extremely easy to park at the shopping centre.
Has a low gearing ratio, which is great for 4-wheel-driving.
Can be difficult to install speakers in doors, and not much room for the amplifier and subwoofer, but is still capable with a little imagination.
The engine is tough and has been very reliable.
Great for beach driving!
This car is not good for people with long legs as the seats do not go very far back.
When the back seats are folded up, there is plenty of room for camping equipment or whatever you may need to carry.
All-in-all, a great investment.
