1986 Dodge 600 SE review from North America
"Cheap but unreliable"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Engine started knocking at 68,000 miles.
Leaked gas.
Trunk would not close.
Back door would not open.
No reverse.
No spare tire.
Leaked brake fluid.
Exterior was in very bad shape.
Had a lot of rust.
General comments?
This car was dangerous to drive in snow, because it only had small 13 inch wheels and no reverse. However it was safer to drive in nice weather.
Even though it had a turbo engine, it had a big struggle going past 65mph.
It was great on gas before it started leaking.
It was not a bad car, but the engine was not reliable.
I now have the Intrepid, and I found out the hard way that this isn't any better, except for engine power.
