1995 Dodge Avenger ES review from North America
"Great looking, and so far reliable"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Lower control arm was worn, $130 for a new one.
Lower lateral arm separated yesterday, phoning Dodge tomorrow.
Intake manifold gasket and upper plenum gasket were in pieces, causing the car to idle at 2-1/2 rpm. Fixed for $20 and the exhaust no longer glowed red.
General comments?
So far so good, besides the lower lateral arm separating itself from the balljoint. Thank God I was only doing ten kms an hour.
Slow at start off.
Good gas mileage, and find it very comfy and sexy looking.
