1990 Dodge Colt 200 E review from North America
"A good car for a cheap price"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The engine leaks oil, but it always has, and isn't a big deal.
The spark plugs tend to dampen easily, which causes the car to bog down in wet weather.
The rear struts needed to be replaced, but after 415000 km, some fixing can be expected.
General comments?
The car is quite peppy still, despite the heavy kilometers on it.
There is tons of space in the back when the seats are folded down.
My friends are always amazed when I show up at a party with 8 people packed into my car.
The fuel economy is outstanding for such an old, worn engine. It still beats the pants off of 90% of the vehicles out there!
