2004 Dodge Dakota review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
At 20,000 I started to develop a popping and grinding noise in the front end
Shortly after that started the truck developed a whine in the rear end
About a month ago the temperature gauge pegged out hot,and lights came on on the dash, but it wasn't hot-I turned it off and it went back to normal
The same day- the airbag light came on and wouldn't go off-every time I turn the steering wheel it dings and the airbag lights comes on and stays on
Now there is a weird grinding noise when I turn the steering wheel-I can't pinpoint it
And it also has a brake shutter when I apply my brakes
The dash is fading very bad in spots
This truck is less than 1 yr old.
General comments?
Dodge makes a good truck-I think I got a lemon.
