1990 Dodge Daytona ES review from North America
"A friend to the end down to the last mile!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My transmission blew at 110000 miles.
My heater went in the dead of winter at 136000.Very expensive labor job.
The car turned red to pink, two years after paint job.
After the heating core job my radiator system still isn't working properly.
In 2002 my door hinges came out of alignment and it dinted my left finder.
General comments?
When I started to fix the Daytona with high hopes of restoration I figured that it would be just a good of a car as the day it was made, but the test of time proven my theory false. Every time I fixed somthing, another part would go, but in a positive light daytona parts are inexpensive and fairly easy to fix. In my opinon of experience, daytonas will last a while, but sooner or later you just get tired of replacing parts.
