2000 Dodge Durango SLT review from North America
"A big piece of $30,000 hunk of junk"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Loud clicking from front ending. Ball problem that is problematic since month 6 of owning it.
Right side power window and lock does not work.
Driver side window does not work and squeals loudly with every opening.
Rear diffrential is leaking.
Oil pan is leaking.
Thermostat went bad and vehicle almost overheated.
Rear top brake light bulbs keep burning out or does not work even with new bulbs.
Reverse lights are inop, but sometimes works with a litte playing of the transmission.
Front headlights seem to turn off when needed. High beams seem to work. Bulbs are new.
Stories of engine failure due to sludge built up. A factory defect.
General comments?
Be careful if you are planning on buying a used.
