2005 Dodge Grand Caravan review from North America
"Terrible"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
When I purchased this vehicle it was still under manufacturer's warranty (3 year or 36000 miles). At 36700 miles the power steering pump went out and I was told by the dealer that it was 2 months and/or 700 miles out of warranty. I emailed Chrysler corporation and requested they help with the $329 repair price I was told it would cost because of being so close to warranty. They refused any and all help. I had requested this help on a previous Ford vehicle and Ford helped my out after warranty. I just purchased a new Ford and do NOT intend to purchase another Chrysler product.
General comments?
There have been several recalls on this van that I have had to have repaired. Would never purchase another Chrysler made vehicle.
