2000 Dodge Neon Highline review from North America
"Just dodge it!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
At about 68,000 miles my transmission blew up, actually that was my fault not chryslers.
Trunk lock likes to stick when I go to open it, probably because I have two 12" subs in the trunk running about 500 continuous watts.
A/c clutch failed at about 70,000 miles.
Two motor mounts failed at about 63,000 miles, top and bottom.
General comments?
Overall a really reliable car, everything that has gone wrong with this car is my own fault, I'm a motor head with a lead foot.
Fully capable of beating Honda's and v-6 mustangs on the streets.
A sweet alternative for car tuners everywhere.
Perfect for everyday business and putting import freaks on cruise's to shame.
