Ignition problems at about 30000 km.
I bought this car to commute with. Seems like it needed an extra gear or overdrive.
I didn't feel like this car would last much over 200,000 kms like some imports normally get.
I am also having problems with my ignition. It locks so I can't get my car started. I hear this was a common problem. I don't understand why this is not a recall. I plan on making copies of every response I can fine on this problem before I get it fixed. I will never buy another Dodge Neon again. I have always have Honda's. Never get a battery from the dealership either. The battery went dead when the car was a year old. it was under warranty so they replaced it for nothing. The battery they gave me also only lasted a year. Buying this car was a big mistake.
