My 89 Ramcharger is tough. She had sat 4 years under a tree when I found her. Started up first try, runs awesome.
I've put a new battery in the truck, changed the oil shocks, full detail, the truck cleaned up like new.
She's never let me down, starts every time, has the typical Dodge rust, rockers, play in the steering.
Minor stuff is all the truck needs, but it's such a sharp looking truck. It turns heads big time, and even the A/C still works. All in all, an amazing truck.
I paid 650 for the truck. She's already paid for herself. Like they say, mopar or no car.
I LOVE THIS TRUCK. She's reliable as hell, can't kill those 318s, has lots of power, drives and handles good, even with a sloppy pitman arm LOL.
A/C works great, very comfortable truck. The captains chairs are like a lazyboy. Lots of interior room as well.
Just such a solid truck, and sharp looking too.
Truckjust got tires and rims.
Well almost a year later, my 89 Ramcharger is been repainted Satin Black. Just got a new windshield yesterday, new doors that work off an 84, new front bumper. All the parts are from my 84.
Painted and rockguarded the underbody.
Still running like a champ. Just changed the oil plugs, wires, cap, new mft valve cover.
Thanks to my parts truck, my Ramcharger has come such a long way from that poor forgotten about mopar sitting under a tree LOL. Here's to another 20 years.
New subs are getting put in the back today to complete the stereo; 4 6x9s, 1 10 sub, 2 amps and an Alpine CD player truck pounds.
