What things have gone wrong with the car?
It needed a new engine when I bought it. The last owner was a shmuck and ran it out of oil. i payed $350 for then started the restoration.
General comments?
I replaced engine with a performance 360 now has 340 rated hp. The new engine plus $2400 in other resteration parts. Even the cops commented on how nice a truck it is.
The trucks reliability is great because it's a new truck now just about.
The power is great, yesterday my nabor was pulling 32ft trailer out of the lot. The tires were all bad on the trailer it was a wreck. the 2 Chevy pick ups they had couldnt get it out. I pulled the trailer and 1 Chevy out of there at the same time. Then I found out his 95 1500 chevy didn't have the power to pull the beat up trailer down the street to the other lot. So I pulled them both about 1/3 miles to other lot.
