1996 Dodge Stratus Sedan review from North America
"Never Again will I buy a Dodge"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Head Gaskets
Rotors
Computer Chip
Transmission Problems
Many Engine Problems.
General comments?
I must agree with others here that mentioned how evil these cars can be and how one throws more good money after bad in order to meet repair bills. I would not wish this car on my worst enemy and it has convinced me to NEVER buy another dodge product.
While we bought it because it has great room inside the car (I am 6'6"), it is just an evil monster. I would love Chrysler to explain to me how I can get 175,000 miles on a Cavalier with only about 1,200 in maintenace an drepairs over 10 years and this damn Dodge car has cost almost $6,000 in less than 6 years and we still have not hit 100,000 miles. Please...Please, don't buy this car. You can do so much better for your money. Dodge/Chrysler products will never again be in my or any of my famlilys purchase decisions. In fact if I ever win or I am given a Dodge I will give it away to Charity!!!
