2004 Dodge SX 2.0 Sport review from North America
"Crap"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Where do I start?? Recently during cold or wet spells in our weather I find the car won't start on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd try it usually take about 10 min wait then it will start only to flash every light in the dash board from the engine light, security, oil, and brake light.. Most recently after it eventually started the little round red security light stayed on my whole drive to work...
I took it into the dealership with 33 kms over on my warranty and there was nothing that could be done for me unless I was charged for all work. This problem actually started right at 60001 1 km over and everything is nul and void... I was treated rudely so I took it to my mechanic and he noticed that my battery was never bolted into my car...
So for the last two weeks I have had a car that decides when and where it starts..
My first incident was when the key would not come out of the ignition... Yep was going to Vegas parked in the park and jet only to have to leave the key in the ignition the whole time I was gone once I came back it came out took it in to the shop "they fixed the problem" only for it to happen again weeks later...
General comments?
Great looking car, but seems to be nothing, but a bullseye for accidents even though it's bright yellow.
