So far not too much. All belts needed to be replaced and the water pump as well. Now after 2 weeks of fixing those problems the accelerator and starter have gone bad. Other than that the car runs good and the interior is nice.
I wouldn't buy this car again. I am looking into getting a Mitsubishi Eclipse. They have much better warranties.
FYI: The Eagle Talon and the Mitsubishi Eclipse were manufactured side by side in Normal Illinois, therfore there is virtually no difference between these two cars, other than cosmetics.
(1996-1998) Eagle Talon Esi was made in the same factory as the Eclipse. There really is no difference in the cars. If you wanted a better warranty, you should have got and extended one. If you were looking for a faster car you should look into the TSI model. Turbo.
