1992 Eagle Talon TSi review from North America

What things have gone wrong with the car?
Three weeks after purchasing car, replaced front right and left ball joints,
brakes,
and turbo ($2,000.00 brand new)
All together cost me $3,000.00 (and that was a good deal)
Three months after owning car, timing belt jumped and blew my engine.
Purchased a new engine for $1,800.00
Had it installed for $800.00
Figured I might as well change clutch while accesable $200.00.
Currently (four months later) Water pump went. Took it to a Dodge dealership, cost $800.00.
Then the alternator belt kept snapping. I went through 5 in one month. $120.00.
ABS went last week.
Need to replace the alternator and transmission, which I've known for half a year, but don't want to acknowledge.
The electric windows and mirrors rarely work.
Also, there is an idle surge problem which no one is able to determine the source of.
General comments?
When the car is running, it's superb.
However, it is completely unreliable.
