1991 Eagle Talon TSi review from North America
"Extreeme Stock sports car!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
When I first got the car the Alternator was shot, so I took it to the shop and they fixed it for me.
The rear window wiper shorted out at 131,000 - put a new motor in for that.
My spoiler is loose.
The rear hatch hydraulic holders are broken, so not the trunk dose not stay open by it's self.
General comments?
It was love at first sight for me. I knew that this car was for me. I love this car, it gets up and goes really fast, handles like a Cougar (actually better) and it is quite enjoyable. It shifts silky smooth, the only gear I kind of have to force it into is reverse, but that is OK. It is the car of my dreams, it is the AWD model so it does really good in the winter. I love the power it has, I have to drive to work on this back road every day, and those old grandpa's can get annoying, so I just drop a gear or two, depending on how slop the oerson is going, the I stomp on the gas, the turbo kicks in and I am off. I don't think I would have made it around those cars with my LeBaron, even though that was a nice car too, it was gutless.
