The car has a boost control from stock boost like to a strong 15 pounds of boost which does not work anymore first it was cutting out the engine wasnt holding the 15 pounds now its just not working @ all.
What could be the problem how do I go about getting that fixed so I can boost

Well first off, this is just guessing and to get you more open minded on the subject. If I was there I could find out easy after an hour or two.
Mechanically, it could be your Waste Gate or Blow Off Valve.
Electronically, your computer could have a malfunction and need to be corrected or just by a new CPU Unit.
Once again, these are just guesses. But it wouldn't hurt for someone to check it out for you. Just don't drive around with pedal tramped down a lot or you cause some serious damage. Depending on how bad it is.
