1987 Fiat Croma i.e. review from Finland
"One of the best cars made to present day!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The quality.
Engine, water pump, power steering system leaks.
It also rusts easily and has a lot of things wrong with the electrics, like windows etc.
Lots of small, but annoying faults.
General comments?
If you can deal with mechanical problems, the Croma is one of the best cars in the world. It has luxuries like electric windows, mirrors etc for very little money. It is also a great car to drive, you will be hard pressed to find a car more fun than a Croma. It looks great and has a lot of trunk space and today there are very few cars that got so much space inside as this one, not even the big Volvos manage to outperform Croma. Also gets top notes for performance and handling, especially
in the hard Finnish winter.
If you are not impressed yet, the car won an article in a mag where they compared Fiat Croma,Mercedes, Volvo, Saab and an Audi. They rated the Croma best at handling, space and kit. So go and buy yourself a Croma!
