Only two days old and already it needs a new windscreen due to scratches, sunvisor clips not holding the visor and the Fiat badge fell off the
key and was lost.
But things like this don't matter as the car comes with a three year warranty and I intend to use it.
Great little car for the price, cheap parts, eg. 10 disc CD changer £220, upgrade to remote central locking £95.
The remote locking upgrade is not as it seems, I was quoted half an hour for fitting time, but when the car went in for it I was told at least two hours, (fiats hourly labour rate is £44.50) so I had an alarm fitted which operated the locking instead.
I have had a quote of £70 for remote central locking upgrade from Fiat, but this price does not include fitting. I decided to fit it myself, because all you have to do is change a relay which is in the glove box under the flap with the clip you turn. How easy is that it takes about five minutes if that.
