2000 Fiat Punto hgt review from UK and Ireland

What things have gone wrong with the car?
Timing belt went @41.917,got the head skimmed etc...2wks later it went again. got it fixed again. now it won't start. have been told it cud b the fuel pump??
Turn the key, and all the lights on the dash r flashing like a x-mas tree. please can sum1 help me on this, I've put in 2grand so far. reply to lynnhrty@yahoo.ie thanks...
