1999 Fiat Seicento Sporting Abarth review from UK and Ireland
"The most fun you can have in a 1.1!!!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Had a slight accident causing the cooling fan to stop working, next it decided to under steer on a wet roundabout resulting in a broken wall and a worse car, a new n/s/f corner inc drive shaft and suspension parts.
1 week after having it repaired the drive shaft decided to split in to about 8 pieces. other than that not bad.
Oh yeah, tires are wearing quicker than pirelli can make them...
General comments?
Good little car, nice to look at, got rid of all the orange bits (they do not look good with black) abarth kit looks good too.
Not lost many at the lights, corners are a breeze too, just as long its dry.
Interior is a nice change after driving Volvo's all day, but needs re-trimming in leather.
The old shape punto GT Turbo engine will apparently fit in without too much hassle, so I'm going to try that soon!
