Great bargain.

A pretty car with an excellenty safety equipment.

I think if this car is reliable then it's going to be great.

I have the 3 door JTD Dynamic and compared to my previous Focus and new shape Astra it's better made, and a far better drive.

Maybe it was my Focus, but I was never overly impressed with the drive and the Astra while finished nicely always felt tinny.

Can't praise it enough at the moment, but I suppose time will tell, fingers crossed!

Well I've been shopping for a new car for my wife and tested the Stilo, the Astra and the Focus. I was really NOT impressed with the Focus; it handles OK, but the brakes... why doesn't Ford equip Focus with 4 disc-brakes? Is it so expensive? Why the long wait for a car with ESP? Why is it not standard? Same questions apply to the Astra... Why is the board computer an extra? Why is climate control an extra? Is it so important to have a lowered chassis? Why is the ride so harsh? All considered I went for the 3 dr Stilo: more equipment for a much better price, a very decent handling and very good engine (1.9 Diesel MJ).

I went out shopping for a new driving school car to replace my peugeot 306 hdi, but didn't have a clue what to look at. I was after something of a similar size and after trawling through books and second hand car forecourts I decided a stilo ticked all the boxes. A couple of people I spoke to tried to put me off with horror stories of past fiats and I knew the stilo didn't have a glowing report in the motoring press, but I eventually found my stilo sat on a fiat dealers forecourt for the right price and an 04 plate which I didn't expect. It also had so many extras subwoofer etc.

So far so good, the pupils love it and I've just travelled from the south west to the north east with no problems at all. I love my car.
