"If is in nice conditions buy, is very comfy"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

I just had painted the whole car

because the color disappeared (blue)

The automatic lock of the fifth door is not working, and is difficult to find

The maintenance is not very cheap due to expensive Colombian authorized service dealer (Autogermana)

The right door in the back is working with sounds.

General comments?

I have owned the car for 10 years and is a car that has a lot of features, the performance is good, but I had to spend some money in reparation costs.

The ride is more on the comfortable side than in the sporty side, but is very low in height, characteristic that for colombian roads is not good.

The price in the used market is cheap. The service is very good but can be expensive.

If I understand well the central locking does not operate in the tailgate any more. Possible reason: There are cables passing from the roof to the tailgate. FIAT uses a kind of elastic boot which perishes with time and then the cables become either worn or get cut. Then the electric lock and/or the rear wiper (and washer) are gone.

For the rear door lock: It made funny noises on locking/unlocking, but it passed the test of time, i.e. I had the car for 6 years and central locking always functioned as it should. For more see http://www.carsurvey.org/review_3053.html)
