1992 Fiat Tipo Formula review from UK and Ireland
"Quick, nippy and great Fun!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Seats falling apart.
Brake Pads worn through on front left (most likely faulty brake pad set)
thermostat needed replacing
General comments?
As My first car I have limited experience. mine is one of the last carburettored Tipos and it goes very well. in terms of performance it can keep up with a ford focus 1.6 and despite its size it is relatively nippy.
On the downside the suspension is particularly soppy and the car wobbles about somewhat round corners. but once this is overcome it sticks to the road like glue.
