General comments?
2.9 L Engine with the large fuel injector manifold atop it is very reliable. No problems throughout.
5 spd manual tranny excellent. Watch out for the auto tranny, all my friends had theirs fail. I don't have Air Cond, pwr windows, pwr door locks or any of that stuff so it couldn't fail. Goes anywhere in 4X4 mode. Not a power tow vehicle, though. Cooling system is the main weak area. All parts had to be replaced before I sold it. I did all the maint myself and it was done right according to the schedule. DO NOT CORNER AT HIGH SPEED WITH THIS VEHICLE. IT WILL FLIP. A decent vehicle, with manual tranny, for an american made. I'm switching to Jap car though. I need better reliability.
