1997 Ford Contour GL review from North America
"Drives Very Nice"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The head gasket blew around 80K.
Everything on the dashboard is falling apart on me. For example, the A/C vents were made using cheap plastic and are falling apart easily.
Car was in the shop frequently.
Gear shift has broke, car sometimes goes in drive while in N.
Trunk is messed up, and now only opens from inside the car.
Brake pads are to thin.
Brake lights went out around 70K.
Head lights aren't bright enough, can only see very good using bright lights.

Car seats are very comfortable.

Dashboard is easy to use.
