1999 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor review from North America
"You will love this car, pure and simple :)"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Needed new parking brake cables. (Stuck in on position)
New spark plugs.
Head gasket is beginning to leak : (
Really bad paint chips...ehh, it's a police car.
General comments?
I've only had this car for about 4 weeks now, so maybe my experiece's will change, but anyway...
This car is awsome!! Very fast when you get on it. My friends '86 300zx turbo was put to shame.
Handling is very good for it being so heavy.
Gas mileage isn't that good, but you pay for the performance.
Interior isn't attractive, but having a rubber floor is kindof cool, don't have to worry about spills!
As stated earlier all I've had done was the parking brake cable replacement. I did the spark plugs myself (btw super easy, gotta love coil over plug setups) Currently I have a K&N intake that performs very well
All in all it's a very solid car, fast, sweet, people look at you funny, scare stupid kids with the spotlight.
You will love this car.
