1993 Ford Crown Victoria review from North America
"Great value and comfort"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Evaporator coil leak
broken odometer.
General comments?
I bought this car in 2005 from an individual. It had 127,000 miles on it, but the odometer worked intermittently.
It is very reliable. Last year I drove it from Houston to Wichita KS 6 times to see a girlfriend I met on the internet. In April 2007 I took it on a 2600 mile trip to Iowa with no problems.
Now the odometer shows almost 150000 miles. I put about 6-7000 miles on it before I got it fixed. And it did not work all the time when I bought it, so there's no way to tell how many miles are on the car. Other than the odometer problem and having to replace the evaporator coil to stop a freon leak, it has been great. But I can't complain-that's good for a car that old.
