1986 Ford Crown Victoria Staion Wagon review from North America
"Best car I ever owned"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Valve covers went.
Complete brake system was shot.
Drive shaft was shot.
Rear end and Transmission seals.
Complete Exhaust including Converters.
Timing Chain and Gears.
Water pump and Hoses.
All Sensors and Computer.
Heater Core.
Under Dash Wire Harness.
Recent smashed Doors right side.
Cracked Dash and ripped front Seat.
4 bad Shocks.
General comments?
Everything is fixed, but the Doors.
Runs very quiet and no shakes.
It is VERY fast on take off.
Has seen over 100 on a 2000 mile trip.
AC on a hot day can freeze you.
This car was a Coroner's car.
Was worth the $3000 in repairs.
