This car is unbelievably fast and doesn't wait around for others.
Very reliable and clean running if taken care of right.
Interior could use some changes, but everything worked very well.
Not owning the car for very long, I enjoyed it more than any other car I've ever owned.
I drove the car for a little over 7 months and put a lot of money into improving it, although never fails that something happens after you do it; I totaled the car on February 2, 2005.
I also have a 1990 1.9 fuel injected escort. I agree it ran great so I started on body. It looked even more great when I put anew lo profile exhaust, neon, and hood scoop on. I got a little cocky and worked with the engine. I took the mass air flow sensor\temp sensor and hooked all the wires except the groung and hooked them all togeather. I started it up the first time and the car, it ran great, but the second time the car ran rich (TOO MUCH GAS).I found the fuel pump constantly ran. But before that problem the car had ben bucking when the car was in load. It seems the ford company made these cars so they can only fix them. I have done (EVERYTHING) but my car still won't run right. Now I think of it now the car doesn't run at all. Hey if any one can help especially if you work for ford can you help me. You can email me at Boogie4u2c@yahoo.com (Highly appreciated).Thank you.
