What things have gone wrong with the car?
A mate of mine purchased this car from a scrap yard a few years ago with rear damage. A year on and he still hadnt done anything with it so it was time for me to take it off his hands for 375 quid! mechanically though its sound, I'm very impressed!
General comments?
This car is very quick and impressive. the suspension as standard is stood very flat and holds the road like glue! As standard this car is very original looking and in my opinion out-matches the looks of the focus; even though its now a 10 year old car! Over the next few years I am hoping to do this car up a treat because its got awesome potential to be a real head turner! I've recently purchased a straight through powerflow exhaust system on ebay for it with a 5" tailpipe which I can't wait to fit! I'm going to the scrappy next week to try and get a 2 ltr throttle body and MAF sensor to increase its performance on the cheap. I also hear a 2 ltr mondeo ECU is a great upgrade along with the matching cams? Discussion on performance and styling mods guys???
