Freaking Triton motors. I think you're in need of a PCV valve. I have a 5.4 SC and it's got the same codes. The engine sucks motor oil in, which is common on these blocks. That's why when you open up your air intake box or vacuum lines you'll see oil mixed with dirt. The oil in the lines restrict free flowing air into the engine.
You probably replaced the coil packs, but in some cases a bad coil pack can cause serious misses.
There's also a DPFE sensor that may be the culprit.
Whatever you do, don't buy these parts from the dealer, E-bay is such a life saver.
Let us know what happens.
Another item I forgot to mention (ABOVE comment) is that the TPS and EGR sensor is rarely the fault. The dealer would recommend replacing these items, but really it's not gonna fix anything.
Sometimes a clogged fuel filter may cause the abnormal throttle responses on these engines.
