2003 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer review from North America
"Rides smooth, powerful engine, but has a fuse problem"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
At times the brakes squeak very loud, but it doesn't matter to me.
The only big problem I have (now going on for a few weeks), is at times the car will not start. I do have power to everything else, so I thought it was either the starter or ignition switch. I had it towed to my mechanic and he replaced a fuse, then it started and another week later the same fuse blew out and it's still doing it. Had to take care of this about 5 times already. The fuse that keeps blowing is ignition E.
If anybody has any ideas on why this fuse keeps blowing, I would really appreciated if you shared it with me. Thanks for all your help.
General comments?
Love the V8 power and the ride of it.
My kids love the entertainment package.
Bottom line, this is really a great vehicle except for the fuse problem.
