1999 Ford Explorer Sport review from North America

The transmission was shot when I purchased this vehicle & all others that follow:

Window motor broken, seat broken,

power steering pump doesn't work,

The shocks were bad, also the transmission.Much more...

In all of my efforts to correct the problem, I was mislead into buying the vehicle and lied to about numerous things.

The general performance of this vehicle is horrible, I would never purchase from a Ford dealer again, after this expierence.

Sad that one place ruin's my outlook on the overall group!

I spent and still spend allot to run and maintain this vehicle.

I feel disgusted at the fact,

they took advantage of me and mislead me for 8 months in order to have any work performed on this SUV.

Right after they found the deal jacket they said I had no coverage and I proceeded to the owner.

He - rebuilt the Transmission, after I had a extended warranty purchase..

Stuck up for all those that were fired..???.

Said there wasn't anything wrong, since they couldn't find a contract for me.

So, when they said ,"I had no warranty, When I bought the truck I was told it had a 16 point inspection, and Factory/dealer full warranty..Plenty of time to fix all the problems.

I went the next Day to get my Car back and they already got rid of it.

And lost my Tags on top of it.

I would receive my info in the mail.(Warranty)Passport?

I knew no better I just assumed that a big corporation would take advantage..

This car is not safe me and my child..

They refuse to aknowledge, I was right in all of the efforts to take care of the Problems.

My major problem is with the Ford Dealer that sold me the Vehicle.

Not one person that was involved in the sale, works there.

So, there's the problem..
