"Perfect for the red neck"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

The front axle was always "clunking"

and "clicked" when I turned.

It had low oil pressure and lifters

always made noise starting at 3000 rpm.

The auto-choke stuck closet.

The shifter came out of the transmission

a few times.

The body's on these trucks are like beer

cans and can be dented with no efort.

The power steering was making the

classic ford whine every time I turned.

General comments?

Despite the flaws, this truck was the toughest and most durable truck ever

made by human hands. It never got stuck.

It won the local tough truck wars twice

and the engine could rev up very fast and take on any old beater in the area.

It also made the occasional trip to the

fishing hole and to the store. I wish i

never sold that truck.
