1998 Ford F150 XLT review from North America
"The truck is a descent truck, but needs serious work"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
One Year after owning the Vehicle the door ajar light and dome light wouldn't go off.
It is almost impossible to work on because there is no room under the hood.
At 75,000 Miles the transmission went out.
At 110,000 miles the rear-end is now going out.
The torque peak is to high in the RPM'S
which in about 30,000 miles I will have to replace that.
General comments?
The truck has been a descent truck. But the Ford Engineers need to change some things.
The interior is comfortable it's nice. The body and the Shape of the truck I like.
The power train needs work the engine, transmission, and rear-end.
