1979 Ford F150 ranger review from North America
"Best 4 wheel drive ever built"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Grenaded rearend, replaced with detroit locker.
General comments?
A very healthy big block and a C6 tranny with a 6" suspension lift and a 3" body lift. detroit lockers front and rear. 35" boggers. This truck is the last of true work horse trucks. Aside from the comforts of newer truck and better fuel consumtion there is no truck on the market that performs better. No truck built today will last longer.
