1991 Ford F150 XLT LARIAT review from North America
"Built to last a lifetime"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Since owning this truck, I have replaced the transmission, along with several
parts pertaining to the four wheel drive system, which include the transfer case, both universal joints and one axle.
However I am unable to complain do to the fact this truck has been ran very
hard and had a lot of miles put on it.
The engine I believe will run forever, being it uses no oil and has absolutely no rod or main bearing noise.
General comments?
This overall ride and handling of this truck, is that of a luxury car.
It is very quiet, with no rattles or wind noise of any sort.
I believe the most impressive part of this truck, is the overall body. It has no rust at all, nor does it have any dents. The original paint still has a nice shine also.
For anyone out there looking for a truck, whether it be new or used, I would strongly recommend a Ford.
